I’ve always had a difficult time parting with things. Call me purge-challenged or sentimental but as it turns out, this not-so-admirable trait is going to pay off big time come Fall, when leopard prints come rushing back into sartorial forefront. I for one, having amassed a small boutique-full over the years, am fully prepared.
But just like any other girl, I don’t underestimate the power of novelty. What is the fun of having an old trend come back if you can’t make a few updates, tweaks, excuses to shop – or whatever you want to call them. And time is of the essence. There is less one month to prepare for this much-anticipated leopard print takeover. So mark your calendars, take full inventory and then do what any responsible tax-paying girl would do and go shopping.
But where does one begin with a trend like leopard? Since everything’s been pretty much done and overdone, I say go bold or don’t attempt it at all.
