Fiona Stiles – Professional Makeup For Every Woman

Just when you thought that you’ve dabbled in every makeup brand, out comes something refreshingly new. For those of us, myself included, who get inspired by beauty trends seen on celebs; this line is a game changer in every way.

I sat down with the makeup artist to the stars herself, Fiona Stiles, to discuss the launch her eponymous line and about how her fool-proof formulas are now gracing the shelves of Ulta Beauty. And of course, I had to try everything out for myself. Partly because I am a makeup junkie and partly because, well, I am a bit of a skeptic.

The following are the products that I instantly fell in love with. From her super pigmented Radiant Aqua Eye Veils, which glide on like silk, give your eyes depth and shimmer during the day and at night, to her Hydroshine Essential Lip Color lipsticks which leave your lips supple and super, super shiny, to her Face Palettes which help contour and highlight your skin, leaving your face with a subtle glow of a teenager; not a greasy or sparkly residue like you’ve just left the club. Fiona Stiles has essentially thought of everything so you don’t have to.

Since I don’t like to judge a book by it’s cover, I won’t mention what a lasting impression her packing left on me. What I will say is that her inspiration came from real women. Sure they were women that you’re probably heard of, like Gabrielle Union, Nicole Richie, Elizabeth Banks and Gwyneth Paltrow (just to name a few), but just consider for a moment how different each of their skin is. These women are as diverse as the Fiona Stiles line itself. Like a true artist Fiona created a palette we can all work with, tapping into the color needs of all of her clients, making her foundations and concealers complimentary to an array of skin tones. In her own words, her products offer a solution for any occasion – “allowing for a mistake-free makeup experience.”
